What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, Paypal, Apple Pay (on mobile only) and Amazon Payments. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.
Your details are securely encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question.
What are my shipping options?
We offer standard and priority shipping via USPS. Standard shipping takes up to 5 business days, priority shipping takes 1-3 business days.
We offer international shipping via USPS. Priority Mail takes 6-10 business days or First Class Package takes 7-21 business days.
Order processing on US and International orders takes up to 48 hours.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is offered free within the US. The option to pay for Priority Mail is available at checkout.
International shipping outside the US is calculated at checkout and is based on the shipping address and weight of the order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
You are responsible for paying any import duty taxes your country may charge.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the US and China and all of our cashmere products are made from Mongolian cashmere.
Where are you located?
Our company is located in Brooklyn, New York and all our products ship from the US.
What is your return policy?
If you decide you do not want to keep your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Please note you are required to pay the return shipping and this cost is non-refundable.
In order to qualify for a refund, items must be unused with all labels in-tact and in the original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
All refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Is my product covered under a warranty?
We provide a 1 year limited warranty on all our products effective from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or normal wear and tear.
Proof of purchase is required.
How do I apply a discount code?
The discount code is applied at checkout.
On a desktop or laptop computer the box to enter the discount code is located on the right-hand side of the page, after you click the checkout button. Enter your code in the box that says ‘Discount’ and click the ‘Apply’ button.
On mobile devices, the box to enter the discount code is not automatically visible. After you hit the checkout button, the next page will start with an order summary. Click the downward facing arrow next to the words ‘Show order summary’ and it will expand. Enter your code in the box that says ‘Discount’ and click the black arrow button.
Only one discount code can be used per purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined.
Can I place a custom order?
We are happy to discuss custom opportunities such as branding on the products or packaging. We can also customize the amenities in the ‘Economy Class Rebellion’ Amenity Kits.
The minimum order quantity is 100 for custom orders and the lead time is 10 weeks from deposit payment. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Yes, if you are ordering more than 20 units of a single item we are happy to discuss a volume discount.

How do I care for my cashmere items?
Dry cleaning is recommended; however you may also hand wash in cold water. Read our blog post here for detailed care instructions.
