Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit cards and also provide several additional payment options at checkout including: PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay (onmobile only), Google
Pay, and Amazon Payments. We also offer installment payment options with Shop Pay or Afterpay. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.
Your details are securely encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question.
Orders take up to 48 hours to process. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and ship Monday through Saturday.
If your order has not shipped yet, we can edit or cancel your order. Please contact sales@jetandbo.com with your order # and requested change.
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped. We’ll add the gift wrapping and email you a payment link.
Please email sales@jetandbo.com if you would like to add gift wrapping to your existing order.
Shipping & Delivery
US Orders
We offer standard and priority shipping via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping takes up to 7 business days, priority shipping takes 1-4 business days.
International Orders
We offer international shipping via UPS and DHL. Delivery times are shown at check out.
Order processing on US and International orders takes up to 48 hours.
Yes, we ship to many countries. Duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination and total value of your order.
Standard shipping is offered free within the US. The option to pay for priority shipping is available at checkout.
International shipping outside the US is calculated at checkout and is based on the shipping address and weight of the order. The cost of any import duties and taxes levied by your country are shown at checkout and included in the shipping cost.
All orders ship from one of our fulfillment locations in the US.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of delivery as
long as the item is in new unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and we have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.

You can request a return via your customer account
Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Once your items have undergone (and passed) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email.
After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account.
Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
Gifting
Yes, we offer a premium travel-themed gift wrap for $10 on select items. This includes premium white gloss paper, a thick black ribbon, and a leather luggage tag with your gift message.
If gift wrapping is available for the product you are purchasing, it will appear above the "Add to Cart" button. Tick the Gift Wrapping box, and a field will appear where you can enter your gift message. When you click "Add to Cart" both the product and the gift wrapping will be added.
On the product page, simply check the gift wrapping box above the “Add to Cart” button. A gift message field will appear. When you add to cart, both the item and gift wrapping will be included.
Absolutely, just enter their shipping address at checkout. If you would like a gift note included without adding gift wrapping to your order, simply enter a short message in the notes section of your order and we will include the note on a small gift card.
No, our packing slips never include the price.
We offer digital gift cards in $50, $100, $200, $400, and $500 denominations. These can be emailed directly to the recipient with your gift message, or you can choose to email them to yourself.

Wholesale, Bulk Orders, & Corporate Gifting
No, we are a direct-to-consumer brand and do not offer wholesale for resale purposes.
Yes, if you are ordering more than 10 units of a single item we are happy to discuss a volume discount.

We do not offer customizations for corporate gifting, however for small gifting orders (less than 50 units), we can provide gift wrapping and ship directly to each recipient on your behalf. Please note that these orders do not qualify for our bulk order volume pricing; instead, a reduced discount will apply.

Redeeming Gift Cards, Store Credit or Discount Codes
To use the gift card, enter the code in the ‘Discount Code or Gift Card’ box on the checkout page. The available balance will be deducted from the order total.
To use store credit that has been issued to you, you must first login into your customer account. Once logged in, store credit will become a payment option on the checkout page. Check the 'Apply store credit' box in the payment section and your available amount will be applied to your order.

On a desktop or laptop computer the box to enter the discount code is located on the right-hand side of the page, after you click the checkout button. Enter your code in the
box that says ‘Discount code or gift card’ and click the ‘Apply’ button.
On mobile devices, the box to enter the discount code is not automatically visible. After you hit the checkout button, the next page will start with an order summary. Click the downward facing arrow next to the words ‘Show order summary’ and it will expand. Enter your code in the box that says ‘Discount code or gift card’ and click 'Apply'.
Only one discount code can be used per purchase.
Cashmere FAQs
We use Grade A cashmere sourced from Inner Mongolia for all of our cashmere products.
The majority of our cashmere products contain 100% organically raised cashmere which means no fertilizers or pesticides are used on the land where the goats graze. Additionally the yarn is undyed or organic dyes color the yarn, and specialized water treatments are employed to be more environmentally friendly.
We recommend:
- Hand-washing in lukewarm water with a gentle wool/cashmere shampoo
- Gently pressing out excess water (never wringing)
- Laying flat to dry on a towel
- Using a cashmere comb occasionally to remove light pilling
Dry-cleaning is also safe for all items.

We do not recommend using a washing machine to wash your cashmere items as this can lead to shrinkage and damage such as holes and tears. Hand washing with cashmere shampoo produces the best results for softness and longevity of your cashmere item.
Cashmere is an ideal travel companion because it’s soft, lightweight, and naturally temperature-regulating - keeping you warm on chilly flights while remaining breathable in warmer climates. It’s also naturally wrinkle-resistant and versatile. A single piece can double as a scarf, blanket, wrap, or extra layer, making it both practical and luxurious for any trip.
