'Home and Away' Cashmere Blanket (Gray)

This blanket feels like the handmade blankets of the past before everyone went to synthetics. The non itchy Cashmere wool is perfect for keeping warm on cold mornings, cool evenings or just lounging and reading in your favorite spot. The woven Cashmere from Inner Mongolia is a nice weight but still breathable. The wonderfully warm material gets softer with use and with proper care should last for generations. As soon as you examine it the first time, you'll notice the folded and double hemmed edges which are seldom seen on lesser quality blankets. Granted, they are not cheap, but the quality and generous size of the blanket make it worth every penny and would recommend it to anyone else who appreciates high quality wool.

This company makes high quality cashmere. The products are so soft and will hold up! You just have to wash cashmere with a good cashmere soap and air dry or dry clean. Sincerely, Sharon

This blanket is incredibly warm for how light weight it is. The fabric is as soft as a cashmere sweater making in perfect for snuggling on the couch on a cold winter day. Thankfully they include washing instrcutions so you do not have to dry clean it. This is expensive for a lap blanket, but it makes the perfect luxury gift.
