Bulk Order Purchase Information

 

We're excited to offer bulk order discounts on our products! Here's everything you need to know to place your order:

 

Minimum Order Quantity

To qualify for our bulk order discount, you'll need to purchase a minimum of 10 units.

 

Pricing

Please email sales@jetandbo.com with the item details along with the quantity you would like to purchase and we will advise on the applicable bulk purchase discount, as well as in-stock availability.

 

Samples

We recommend ordering a sample before placing a bulk order to ensure the product meets your expectations. You can purchase any item directly from our website and return it within 30 days for a refund if it’s not needed.

Please note that samples should be purchased directly from the Jet&Bo website, not through third-party retailers, to ensure you receive the correct product and the best experience.

Since bulk orders are not eligible for return, ordering a sample first is the best way to confirm that the style, quality, and color are exactly right for your needs.

 

Payment Options

In-Stock Orders: If the items you need are in stock and your order total is under $2,000, you can place your order directly on our website (www.jetandbo.com) using the bulk order discount code we'll provide. If your order total is over $2,000 we'll provide an invoice for payment via bank transfer.

Out-of-Stock Orders: If the items you need are out of stock, we can manufacture them for you. However, there is a minimum quantity of 50 and lead time of approximately 16 weeks. Here's what to expect:

  • A 60% deposit is required to confirm your order and get us started on manufacturing
  • We'll send you a deposit invoice for payment via bank transfer before confirming the order
  • Once your items are ready to ship, we'll send you a final invoice for the remaining balance to be paid via bank transfer

 

Sales Tax: Please note that sales tax will be applied to your order if it's shipping to a New York or New Jersey address.

 

Shipping Information

We currently only ship bulk orders within the US.

Orders typically ship via UPS ground within 5 business days of receiving your full payment.

Shipping costs are additional and will be applied to your order:

  • If you're purchasing via our website, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout
  • If we're manufacturing your order, we'll provide a shipping cost quote

 

Customization and Returns

Customization: Unfortunately, we cannot offer customization of products or packaging for bulk orders. However, we can provide the items without the Jet&Bo boxes and hang tags if you prefer. Please note that all products will still have a branded Jet&Bo care label attached.

Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping is not available for bulk orders.

Returns: Bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. We will accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise.

  • Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival 
  • If you discover any damaged or defective items, contact our sales team at sales@jetandbo.com within 5 days of receiving your order 
  • We'll be happy to replace the items with new merchandise, or if replacements aren't available, we'll issue you a refund

 

Corporate Gifting

If you're ordering fewer than 50 units for a corporate gifting project, we’re happy to help. For small gifting orders, we can provide gift wrapping and ship directly to each recipient on your behalf. Please note that these orders do not qualify for our bulk order discount; instead, a reduced discount will apply.
